Westland – Colere Edition 2 Single Malt Whiskey

This is the second edition of Colere, Westland's barley-focused single malt, and it continues the distillery's exploration of barley varieties bred with flavour at the forefront of the yield. The barley here is Talisman, a 2-row winter variety descended from Maris Otter. The whiskey has been matured in refill casks, which allows the character of the barley itself to come through.
