Westland – Flagship American Single Malt

Westland Flagship is an American single malt made from a five-malt barley bill and matured in new American oak casks. That combination sets it apart from the single malt style now commonplace, and the distillery sees the oak as true to its home in the Pacific Northwest. On the nose there is lemon and orange custard, waffle cone, crème brûlée, chocolate custard and jasmine. The palate brings rich fruit, Rainier cherries, Swiss chocolate, almond, banana, cream and Turkish coffee.
