Westland – Outpost Range Colere Edition 2 Single Malt (70cl)

Westland Colere Edition 2 is an American single malt in a 700ml bottle, part of the distillery's Outpost Range. The Colere series looks at the potential of barley as a way to redefine American single malt. This second edition highlights barley varietals chosen for flavour, terroir and the agricultural heritage of the Pacific Northwest rather than for yield and efficiency. Westland works directly with local farmers to bring out the character of the grain. The palate is bright and grain-forward, with orchard fruit, wild herbs and toasted oak, plus honey, citrus zest and baking spice in a textured body. The finish is long, balancing freshness with depth.
