Westland Solum Edition 2 is an American single malt from Westland, made with peated malt from Skagit Valley Malting and bottled at 50% ABV. The outturn is 5,212 bottles.
The whisky was matured in Cooper's Reserve new American oak (43%), Cooper's Select new American oak (14%) and first fill ex-Bourbon casks (43%), with a minimum maturation of 48 months.
The nose brings rosemary bagel, dry tobacco, jasmine and sage. On the palate there is brioche, vanilla glaze, fresh dill, green tea and burnt marshmallow.
