Westport – 21 Year Old Decadent Drams (51.8%)

Westport 21 Year Old is a blended malt distilled in 2003 and aged for 21 years. It is bottled by Decadent Drams at a natural cask strength of 51.8%. The nose shows ripe dark berries, stewed plums and rich fruitcake, with hints of polished oak, cinnamon and toasted almonds. The palate is silky and mouth-coating, with dark chocolate, spiced orange, sticky toffee pudding and black cherries, balanced by espresso and walnut. The finish is long and warming, with dried figs, molasses and a whisper of oak spice.
