Westward American Single Malt is made from Pacific Northwest two-row barley, fermented with American ale yeast and double pot distilled. It then matures in new American oak barrels.
The whiskey is never chill filtered. It draws on both American whiskey and craft beer traditions, with the ale yeast chosen for its flavour.
