This is WhistlePig 10 Year Old, a rye whiskey aged for at least ten years. It is the original WhistlePig, the bottling with which the brand began, and it is bottled at the farm.
The nose shows rye and caramel. The palate is soft, with spicy rye and caramel followed by a touch of vanilla and spearmint. The finish is long and spicy, with toasted oak and a hint of caramel.
