Distilled and initially laid down to mature in Canada, this expression is then aged at the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. This old world rye expression has been matured for 12 years in a combination of 63% Madeira casks, 30% Sauternes casks & 7% port casks before being bottled at 43% abv.
