WhistlePig 15 Year Old Estate Oak is a rye whiskey bottled at 46%, finished in Vermont Estate Oak. The wood was harvested sustainably on a farm of 500 hectares and has more growth rings than the standard American oak used for whiskey casks, which adds flavour during maturation.
Individual toast and charcoal profiles refine the flavour further, compared to a perfectly toasted marshmallow. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
