WhistlePig PiggyBack is a 6 year old single barrel Vermont rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle. This 2024 edition was selected by the Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber.
It is aged in new American oak and finished in barrels from OATH Gin, a gin made by racing driver Valtteri Bottas, vacuum distilled with oats and apple peels. It is bottled at 100.77 proof, a nod to Bottas' racing number, 77.
The flavour is crisp, fresh apple with delicate pine undertones.
