WhistlePig Piggybank 10 Year Old is a straight rye whiskey bottled at 55% in a one-litre gold-coated decanter modelled on a 19th-century Berkshire Bitter Pig. The decanter works as a piggy bank, with a coin slot, and the whiskey pours from the corked rear.
The rye is the brand's flagship 10 year old, with an extra 10 proof, of Canadian origin and finished and bottled at WhistlePig Farm in Shoreham, Vermont. This Gold Edition first appeared in November 2024 and was released again in November 2025.
The nose offers dried cedar, nutmeg, cinnamon and candied ginger. Vanilla extract and butterscotch lead on the palate into crushed black peppercorns, and the long finish softens from black pepper into baked cinnamon.
