WhistlePig Snout to Tail is a ten-year-old straight bourbon, in a 3 litre bottle. It was conceived as a companion to WhistlePig 10 Rye.
The finish uses two toasted barrel heads, the snout and the tail, which bring the rich, robust character of Vermont oak to the bourbon.
On the nose it offers honey, brown sugar and toasted cashew. The palate has roasted almonds and baked cornbread, and the finish carries butterscotch, fresh wheat crust and cedar.
