Whistlepig The Bigshebang is a 30 year old single malt whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled as a single barrel.
It spent three decades ageing in American oak barrels before a finish in Vin Santo barrels, Vin Santo being Italian for 'holy wine'.
Tasting notes mention honeyed bread, toasted cedar, honeysuckle and wheat crust, with a very deep finish.
