White Heather 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% without added colouring and non-chill-filtered. It is a composition of Islay and Speyside malts, all matured for 15 years.
Billy Walker has given the White Heather brand a new life with this blend.
The nose is sweet and creamy, with chocolate, sherry, malt and oak. Honey leads on the palate, alongside orange, heather, nuts, marzipan and sherry. The finish carries fruit, sherry and vanilla.
