White Heather 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch from Whyte & Mackay, made from single malts and grain whiskies aged for at least 15 years. It is bottled at 46% without chill-filtering and with its natural colour.
The nose combines ripe plum and fig, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and oak, with notes of heather and a light touch of smoke. The palate is soft, with candied fruit, caramel, dark chocolate and fine wood, plus a little spice and smoke. The finish is long and warm, with fruit and spice returning and the smoke staying discreet.
