White Heather 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48% without added colouring and non-chill-filtered. It combines Islay and Speyside malts that were matured for 21 years.
Billy Walker has given the White Heather brand a new life with this blend.
The nose brings heather honey, butterscotch and mild peat. On the palate there is plenty of honey, orange and butterscotch, with the peat becoming stronger. The finish has fruit and sherry notes underpinned by firm peat.
