White Heather is a 21-year-old blended malt created by Whyte & Mackay. It is a blend of different single malts, each aged for at least 21 years.
The nose is rich, with ripe plum and fig, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a subtle note of oak. The palate is soft and balanced with a silky texture, bringing candied fruit, caramel, dark chocolate and fine wood.
The finish is long and warm, with the fruit and spice returning.
