White Heather 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky created by Billy Walker, owner of the Glenallachie distillery. It combines whiskies from Speyside, the Highlands and Islay.
The whiskies first matured in American oak and sherry casks, then had a second maturation in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.
It is described as rich and complex, with indulgent notes and a delicate peat.
