White Heather 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 48%. It is the work of Billy Walker, who began his career in the whisky industry about 50 years ago and spent many years creating blends.
The blend combines malt whiskies from several Scottish distilleries, GlenAllachie among them, with a small share of old grain whisky. After blending, the whisky spent a further three years in a combination of Oloroso and PX puncheons and virgin oak casks.
