A White Horse blended Scotch whisky bottled in 1948, labelled The Old Blend Scotch Whisky of the White Horse Cellar. It is 40% ABV, marked 70° proof, in a 75cl bottle.
The label says it was aged in wood and distilled, matured and blended in Scotland by White Horse Distillers. Peter Mackie launched the White Horse blend after joining his uncle's firm of whisky merchants, and the company became part of DCL in 1927.
