This is an eight-year-old Whitlaw single malt from the Islands region, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts and bottled at 46%, without chill-filtering or added colour.
The nose brings raisins and dates with gentle smoke and spice. Caramel and pronounced malt on the palate sit in a dense, syrupy texture, and the finish holds sweetness, spice and dried fruit.
