Widow Jane 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45.5%)

Widow Jane 10 Year Old is a bourbon assembled by hand in Red Hook, Brooklyn, bottled at 45.5% in a 750ml bottle. It is made up of straight bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, aged for 10 years and blended in batches of just five barrels. The whiskey is proofed with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale Mines in New York's Hudson Valley and is bottled non-chill filtered. It was named World's Best Small Batch Bourbon at the World Whiskies Awards 2022. The producer describes vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream on the nose, then orange, maple, cherry and almond on the palate, finishing with charred oak and spice.
