Widow Jane – Applewood Rye

Widow Jane Applewood Rye is an American rye whiskey matured with fresh-cut applewood staves added alongside the oak. The change was made to take the distillery's rye distillate in a new direction. It starts from the same rye distillate as the distillery's rye aged in a once-used 10-year bourbon barrel. The aim with the applewood was a soothing, fruity rye, softer in character than the traditional style.
