Widow Jane Baby Jane Bourbon (75cl, 45.5%)

Widow Jane Baby Jane is a small-batch bourbon from a Brooklyn distillery, in a 75cl bottle at 45.5% ABV. It is brought down to strength with mineral-rich water from the Rosendale limestone mines, which is the signature of the Widow Jane brand. The bourbon is sourced and blended, and aims for an approachable, oak-driven style. The palate is typically described as caramel, vanilla, dark cherry and baking spice over toasted oak, followed by a smooth, warm and rounded finish.
