Widow Jane Lucky Thirteen Bourbon

Widow Jane Lucky Thirteen is a bourbon aged for a minimum of thirteen years in the brand's rick house in Red Hook, Brooklyn. It is bottled in very small batches, little more than a handful of barrels at a time. Each barrel has been shaped by the temperature and humidity swings of its position in the rick house, which leads to subtle differences in flavour from one to the next. The bourbon is non-chill-filtered and brought down to strength with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale Mines of New York.
