Widow Jane Lucky Thirteen Bourbon Whiskey 13 Year Old (75cl)

Lucky Thirteen is a bourbon from Widow Jane, aged for a minimum of thirteen years and bottled non-chill filtered. It is proofed with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale Mines in New York. The barrels are matured in Widow Jane's rick house in Red Hook, Brooklyn, where the position of each barrel and the swings in temperature and humidity lead to subtle differences in flavour. It is put together in very small batches of little more than a handful of barrels at a time.
