Wiggly Bridge White Whisky is an unaged-style clear American whisky from Maine, bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made from a sour mash of 57% corn, 38% rye and 5% malted barley.
The corn gives a round, soft sweetness up front, the rye adds a little spice and the malt provides structure. It is clear, with only a faint trace of tannin from the barrel.
The nose is bright and floral with grapefruit, light vanilla, bread and corn. On the palate come sweet cooked corn, soft vanilla and white pepper.
