This is a strawberry gin liqueur from Wild Distillery, made from the distillery's organic gin. Organic Danish strawberries are added, and the gin takes colour and flavour from the fruit.
It is then sweetened with cane sugar and freshly pressed lime juice, which keeps it fresh as well as sweet. The flavour is an intense one of sun-ripened Danish strawberries with a twist of freshness. It can be served over ice, or with tonic and a few fresh strawberries.
