Wild Turkey – 101 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50.5%)

Wild Turkey 101 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Lawrenceburg, bottled at 101 proof, or 50.5% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. Its mash bill combines corn, rye and barley, with a high proportion of rye, and the colour is a rich amber. The nose brings caramel, vanilla and oak. On the palate there are toffee, honey and spice with toasted oak, and the finish carries pepper and dried fruit.
