Wild Turkey – 101 Proof Kentucky Bourbon (20cl, 50.5%)

Wild Turkey 101 is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 50.5% ABV, here in a 200ml bottle. It is distilled in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, and Wild Turkey has been making bourbon there since the 1940s. Master distiller Jimmy Russell, who has overseen it for around sixty years, works alongside his son Eddy. The whiskey is filled at lower proofs, and the distillery is known for using non-GMO corn. It is usually described as having a candy corn sweetness, with spicy cloves and cinnamon on the finish.
