Wild Turkey 101 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon 8 Year Old is bottled at 50.5% in a 75cl bottle. It is made from hand-picked small batch bourbons, each aged for at least eight years. This 8 year old was created to celebrate master distiller Jimmy Russell's 70th year at Wild Turkey, by his son Eddie and grandson Bruce. The nose offers fresh cherries, cappuccino, vanilla cream, butterscotch and leather. Baking spice leads the palate, with toasted coconut, salted caramel and a touch of bright citrus. The finish brings vanilla buttercream, Mounds bar and black currant.
