Wild Turkey – 8 Year Old Bourbon 101 Proof (50.5%)

Wild Turkey 8 Year Old is a bourbon bottled at 101 proof (50.5%), aged for a minimum of 8 years. It is blended from a smaller batch of barrels chosen for their character and flavour. The longer maturation gives a richer, more mature expression of Wild Turkey, while the high proof keeps the flavour bold. It is suggested neat or over ice. The nose offers caramel, roasted nuts, citrus peel and sweet oak. On the palate come vanilla, clove, toffee, charred oak, lemon zest and black cherry. The finish is long, with brown sugar, dried fruit, vanilla and allspice.
