Wild Turkey 8 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is made from hand-selected barrels that have aged for a minimum of eight years. The nose is caramel, roasted nuts, citrus peel and sweet oak. On the palate come vanilla, clove, toffee, charred oak, lemon zest and black cherry. The finish is long, with brown sugar, dried fruit, vanilla and allspice.
