Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit is a Kentucky bourbon made from a mash of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley.
Each bottle comes from a single barrel of American white oak, where the bourbon matured for about eight years before bottling at 50.5% ABV (101 proof).
The nose brings vanilla, oak, caramel, almond and honey. The palate has good body, with spicy cinnamon and rye followed by sweeter caramel, pecan and honey.
