A Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Wild Turkey, bottled at 40.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from fermented American rye and Kentucky river water.
The whiskey ages for four to five years in first-fill American oak casks.
It is a deep golden colour. The nose mixes sweet and spicy aromas: vanilla, bread crust and cinnamon, followed by maraschino cherry and candied orange. The palate is warm and soft, with gentle spice, fresh fruit, menthol and desiccated coconut. The finish is spicy and warming, then turns to a long, sweet note of honey, vanilla and exotic fruit.
