This single barrel bourbon marks the 80th anniversary of Willett Distillery, released as part of its Family Estate range. The edition was bottled in 5,200 bottles.
The nose is reminiscent of gingerbread cookies frosted with candied orange, alongside warm baking spices and layers of roasted oak.
On the palate, vanilla-wrapped fruit mingles with melted chocolate, all carried on a warm ginger heat.
