Willett Family Estate 4 Year Old is a cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled and aged at the Willett distillery in Bardstown. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The bourbon spends four years in new charred oak and is bottled at barrel proof, uncut and unfiltered, at roughly 118 to 126 proof depending on the barrel.
The nose is caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dark cherry and baking spice. The palate is dense and rich, with brown sugar, cherry, cinnamon and clove, and the finish is long and warming.
