Willett Family Estate 4 Year Old is a small batch straight bourbon made in Bardstown, Kentucky, from corn, rye and malted barley and aged in hand-selected American white oak.
It is bottled unfiltered at full cask strength, 62.5% ABV, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose offers caramelised sugar, vanilla bean, toasted oak and warm baking spice. On the palate are dark cherry, toffee, cinnamon and charred wood, leading to a powerful, warming finish of sweet oak and a little pepper heat.
