Johnny Drum Private Stock is a Kentucky bourbon from Willett, in a 70cl bottle. Its mash bill combines corn, rye and malted barley, and it is aged in American oak casks.
On the nose, sweet cereal sits alongside fruit, with baked apple and honey. The palate is soft yet rich, with vanilla, caramel, nutmeg and white pepper, and a long finish of toasted wood with a slight smoky edge.
