Kentucky Vintage is a small-batch bourbon distilled, aged and bottled by Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon blends two mash bills and is filled by hand, with each bottle individually numbered. It is amber with a golden cast, medium-bodied and buttery.
The nose brings whiffs of campfire, soft fruit and a light fragrance, with oranges, lemons, clover and honey. On the palate are ginger, caramel apples, roasted nuts and creamy vanilla. The finish is of almonds and black pepper.
