Noah's Mill from Willett is a Kentucky bourbon made from corn, rye and malted barley and matured in American white oak casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose brings vanilla, molasses and sweet spice, with toasted wood and caramel behind. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with nuts, honey and a hint of black pepper. The finish is long and warm, with a slightly smoky note.
