Willett Old Bardstown Estate Bottled Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50.5%)

Willett Old Bardstown Estate Bottled is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered. It follows the distillery's original mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley. The whiskey is made with limestone-filtered spring water from the estate, sour-mash fermented, and distilled twice through a column still and a Vendome copper pot still. The nose is herbal and citrus, with sea salt and clover. The palate is brioche-like, and the finish brings toasted cinnamon and green apple skin.
