Willett Pot Still Reserve Batch No. 22A06 is a Kentucky straight bourbon at 47% ABV, presented in a 1.75 litre decanter shaped like a traditional copper pot still. It is made from a wheated mash bill of 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% barley.
The nose is soft and floral, with toasted corn, vanilla custard, lemon and cherry. The palate is velvety and medium-bodied, with brown sugar and buttery popcorn set against black pepper and a rye-like baking spice. The finish is crisp and herbal, with mint chocolate and citrus rind.
