Willett Pot Still Reserve Kentucky Bourbon (75cl)

Willett Pot Still Reserve is a Kentucky bourbon in a 75cl bottle, now made entirely in-house at the Willett Distillery in Bardstown. It is aged for roughly five years. The recipe is wheated, with a mashbill of 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% malted barley. Creamy wheat stands in for the spice of rye. Willett was founded in 1936 and began distilling again in 2012, after years of buying in whiskey for blends such as Rowan's Creek and Noah's Mill. The Kulsveen family rebuilt the distillery. It is described as sweetly spiced and creamy, with cinnamon red hots and plenty of vanilla.
