Willett Pot Still Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled mainly in traditional column stills, with a small part made in a pot still, whose shape the bottle echoes.
The bourbon is aged for 8 to 10 years in new charred American oak casks.
The nose recalls lemon cake and vanilla, followed by caramelised sugar and pecan nuts. The palate is balanced and soft, with caramel, vanilla, citrus and a touch of oak. The finish is of medium length with a dash of cinnamon.
