William Larue Weller 2025 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace, released as part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. It is made from a wheated mash bill of corn, wheat and malted barley, was distilled in spring 2013 and aged for 12 years and 3 months.
It was bottled uncut and without chill filtration at 66.8% ABV (133.6 proof), in a 750ml bottle.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, cinnamon, dark fruit and baking spice. The palate is bold yet velvety, with chocolate, molasses, dried cherry, honey and nutmeg, followed by a long, warming finish of oak, spice and sweet wheat.
