A fortified wine from Williams & Humbert, produced in Jerez, Spain. It is made from a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez wines, with the latter giving sweet, rounded notes. Ageing follows the traditional solera system, using casks of various ages. Dark amber with golden reflections, it shows intense dried fruit such as figs and prunes, with chocolate and vanilla nuances. On the palate it is velvety, rich and harmonious, with a persistent, very pleasant finish.
