This is a Speyside single malt from Benrinnes, selected by Wilson & Morgan. It was aged for 9 years in ex-oloroso sherry casks and bottled in 2023 in a very small number of bottles.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is gentle, with spring wildflowers and delicate fruit: banana, orange and apricot. The palate stays light, with acacia honey, vanilla, lemon zest and ripe oranges. The finish is lightly peppery, with a hint of smoke.
