This is a peated Caol Ila single malt selected by Wilson & Morgan, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2013 and matured for 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, then bottled at natural cask strength in an edition of 610 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The nose offers honey, citrus and peat smoke. On the palate come liquorice, salted butter, vanilla, herbs and damp earth. The finish is long, smoky and slightly spicy.
