This is a Beathan bottled by Wilson & Morgan in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks from 2013 to 2021.
The nose is rich in dried fruit and sweet spice, with a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate come candied fruit, toasted nuts and a light touch of vanilla, kept lively by a bright acidity. The finish is long.
